Agiofili is a small pebble beach near Vasiliki in Lefkada. Its crystal-clear waters resemble a pool, and access is either by boat or via a path. The bay offers natural protection, while its orientation ensures sunshine. Ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
The beach faces south. With northerly winds the air flows offshore and the water near the shore stays flat; with southerly winds the sea builds up waves onto the beach. The bay is naturally well sheltered — conditions often remain swimmable even on breezy days.
The shore faces south (180°), so from November to January the sun sets within its field of view, over the water. In the remaining seasons the sunset falls further to the side, over land.
